Married for 11 years, two kids age 4 years and 3 months, work at the Portland International Airport in the marketing research department. We've lived in Portland for 3 1/2 years, before that, Phoenix for 9. Enjoy golf (although it's a rather short season up here), hiking and just generally being outdoors. When not outdoors (such as most of the winter), DMB (and in the past, Strat-o-Matic) make good diversions. Spring traning in Arizona was a fun time in March.
My first season in simming baseball was 1982, Cal Ripken's rookie year. I drafted him 2nd overall behind Wade Boggs. My first season using DMB was 1999. Cal's still probably my favorite player. To share another Dale Murphy story, I went to college in Atlanta when the Bravers were bad, when Smoltz and Glavine were rookies, and used to sit right behind home plate for $4 and watch those guys.
